Financial Information

Our treatments are highly individualized as well as our financial agreements with our clients. For your convenience, we offer a variety of payment options. Our treatment coordinator will work out a plan suited to your individual needs.

Patient Billing

We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients. Therefore, payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at (972) 239-1962. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings. Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by the office regardless of your insurance coverage.

We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. We can make arrangements for a monthly payment plan but that must be done prior to the actual procedure.

We realize that every person's financial situation is different. For this reason, we have worked hard to provide a variety of payment options to help you receive the dental care you need and deserve that allows you to enjoy a healthy, beautiful smile with respect to your budget. Dental treatment is an excellent investment in an individual's medical and psychological well being. Financial consideration should not be an obstacle to obtaining this important, life enhancing care. We are always available to answer your questions or assist you in any way we can.

  • Pay in full at time of services (cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, or money order).
  • Accept assignment on insurance; patient pays their part as services are rendered.
  • Special arrangements.
  • On larger cases ($1,000 plus) with our regular fees, we offer a 8% discount for your portion when paid 1 week in advance before appointment. (does not include 3rd party financing)
